It's 2016 year but nobody knows what way to select for OS/2.
First of all, eComStation development was going with
participation / support of professional people.
On the other side we understand that we were missing more recommendations
(More consultants, more analysis)
As result, eComStation project made several mistakes
(mistakes,
mistakes 2)
Every OS/2 user (ex-user) is professional in own own area (profession)
and can give recommendations based on own experience.
Let's collect thesis IF .. THEN ..
http://os2.guru/ifthen
to understand which choice is wrong, and which changes will help to achieve success.

What do you expect after release of Arca Noae OS/2?
(about Arca Noae)
- Imagine that the system will be released in autumn
- how many reviews of new OS/2 do you expect to see?
- how many users will buy new OS/2?
- how many new users will appear till the end of year?
- how many new commercial companies will buy the system till the end of year?
- Do you think that the developers will update their OS/2 applications
for compatibility with Arca Noae OS/2 (or simply refresh packages)?

How to improve OS/2 installation and deployment?
1) It is recommended install Neo OS/2 without dialogs.
The 1-st version of installer should and *must* install without dialogs.
User selects disk, the installer creates system volume on the hard drive and data volume
adds 2 null network adapters.
(Major part of Windows installation DVDs are expanding Windows without dialog
with the user)
2) More recommendations for OS/2 installer:

The cost of OS/2 license is very high for russian/ukrainian users,
as result the sellings of OS/2 software in russian speaking countries dropped down to 0 several years ago.
To reanimate the market, we create the fund which 1) will accumulate sponsor money,
2) maintain logs of users activity, 3) => compensate the cost of
OS/2 licenses/subscriptions for the most active users.
