Super Micro MBD-X8SIL-O

Mark: Very good

Boots with default values. Stable and responsive. Downloaded and installed acpi 3.20.03 with default values for multi-core (SMP) support. Installed latest MultiMac driver e1000e for the dual Intel gigabit controller and configured. Used the default value for the Matrox G200eW video chipset (Panorama).

This is a very nice budget, small form factor (mATX) server board. If you want sound, there is no chip installed on board so pick up any cheap CMI8738 PCI or PCIe x1 sound card. Using 4GB (2x2) of Crucial CT25672BA1339 ram. Intel Pentium G6950 CPU. Motherboard chipset = Intel 3400. Keep in mind, there is no PCI Express 2.0 slot on this board so you are pretty limited for video cards as this is a server board.

How to prepare USB flash disks (USB harddisks and other USBMSD devices) so eComStation can access it?
