Dell PowerEdge T110 Tower Server

I have a fresh installation to a dell server (T110), that is unable to boot at all. I even don't see the boot logo for pressing alt-f1/f2.

I moved the disc to another dell (SC400), and the partition can boot fine.

This T110 has a Core I3 intel cpu, I tried also to disable cores, VTx and other things in bios, no go.

Even a standard boot cd (created with bootable) does not start.
