Lenovo Thinkpad T61 (Core Duo)
Mark: Average eCS 2.0 installed quite nicely on this hardware,
- ACPI is running in APIC mode, with both CPU cores enabled
- USB support looks good on this machine;
- SATA is working without any installation issues;
- and even the CardBUS slot is recognized (though not the eXpress slot nor the SDIO - which is to be expected).
- The Panorama VESA driver is working (this is a 15.4" widescreen model, though this particular machine has the lower res display - 1280x800).
- Currently (with the latest 2.1 GenMAC test build), both the onboard Intel 82566 Gigabit LAN and the Intel 3945ABG Wi-Fi are working.

2007-12-15 22:22:50 | Genmac has problems with Onboard intel 82566. Netbios (not the netbios over tcpip) returns zero mac address. Not switchable.
Panorama is ok on 1680x1050 .

I am considering buying a T61 to run ecomStation 2.1 GA. I am concerned about the correct Genmac wrapper drivers for the Lan card and Wifi Card.
